LenovoEMC Link app for iPhone and iPad

DESCRIPTION

The Iomega/LenovoEMC Link application connects your iPhone or, iPad to a Iomega/LenovoEMC network attached storage device, providing you access to your files stored on the Iomega device. You can easily access content from your Iomega/LenovoEMC storage device when you are on the go.


Iomega/LenovoEMC Link Key Features:

- Access your Iomega/LenovoEMC storage from a local network or from the internet
- Upload and download photos
- Open documents, such as Microsoft Word files and PowerPoint presentations
- Play music files or watch video files stored in your Iomega/LenovoEMC storage device
- Search folders for documents on your Iomega/LenovoEMC storage device
- Check the status messages and general information from your Iomega/LenovoEMC storage device (some options are restricted to Iomega/LenovoEMC storage administrators)


Iomega Link System Requirements:

- Iomega/LenovoEMC storage device firmware 3.2.3 or later
- Apple iOS version 5 or later


Notes, limitations and know issues:

- Once connected to a Iomega/LenovoEMC storage, in order to get back to the list of devices you need to logout by tapping on the “logout” button on the top right corner of the application
- When canceling an upload or download, the currently active file will finish, then the operation will stop
- When importing pictures they will not have the same name as the source file. All images are converted to JPG and added to the end of the Camera Roll
